This Toolkit is designed to provide community college leaders with resources to create a culture of data-informed decision making that leads to measurable and meaningful improvements to student success. 

Readiness:

This section is dedicated to helping governing boards determine the institution's readiness to create a culture of evidence and inquiry prior to engaging in student equity, success, and completion initiatives.

Planning:

This section is dedicated to helping governing boards engage in a planning process to improve student equity, success, and completion.

Implementation:

This section is dedicated to helping governing boards establish policies to advance a shared vision for closing achievement gaps and improving academic quality, equity, success and completion.

Outcomes:

This section is dedicated to helping governing boards assess how students are progressing, whether achievement gaps are closing, and whether policy changes will be required.
